I provide personalized private yoga, sound, cacao, & holistic wellness events in Jersey City NJ, and the NYC areas, as well as the Jersey Shore area. These sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you prefer a group practice for a special event with friends & family or corporate programs to promote wellness in the workplace, I've got you covered.

Corporate Wellness: I provide customized wellness programs from large organizations to small businesses. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and enhance employee well-being to create a more positive workplace culture. Prioritizing employee health leads to increased productivity, reduced healthcare costs, and greater overall job satisfaction.

Together, we can create a complete corporate wellness plan that can include yoga, sound meditation, nervous system regulation techniques, and nutrition classes, or we can schedule a monthly pop-up yoga class or nutrition workshop as a team-building event. 

Special Group Events: I offer group experiences for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, bachelorette parties, community events, and more. These can be a mix of yoga, sound, cacao, Reiki, meditation, and mindfulness practices. Together, we will customize the event based on the needs and vibe the group. 

During these gatherings, you'll experience the connection and support of practicing together while receiving personalized guidance tailored to your group's needs. These sessions foster a sense of community and encouragement, amplifying your healing through shared energy and collective inspiration.

Retreats: I am available as a facilitator for your retreat worldwide, offering support through yoga, food & nutrition, cacao circles, sound healing, Reiki, and wellness workshops on topics like nervous system care, intuition, and working with your astrology for mind, body, and spirit nourishment. I would love to guide and support you and your attendees in creating a deeply holistic experience.

No matter the setting, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you can experience the transformative power of yoga and well-being. 

Yoga

I am a certified RYT-500 Yoga Teacher with over a decade of personal practice. In addition to vinyasa, I am certified in yin, restorative, and yoga nidra.

I teach with an emphasis on being present and connecting to breath to promote balance both on and off the mat. Through carefully crafted sequences, my yoga classes combine a blend of grounding and flow, helping you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.

Nutrition

With over 10 years of experience in research, nutrition, and wellness, I hold numerous degrees and certifications, including a Master’s in Human Nutrition.

As a Licensed Nutritionist & Certified Nutrition Specialist, I combine my deep understanding of how the body works with a practical approach to eating. My goal is to simplify the science of nutrition, helping clients tune into their body's unique needs without rigid rules or restrictions.

I am passionate about fostering a more intuitive and nourishing relationship with food. Whatever type of nutrition support you're looking for, I offer compassionate, evidence-based guidance to help you feel your best.

Sound

I facilitate sound meditations to ease the body and soothe the mind. Using crystal alchemy bowls, gong, chimes, and ocean & medicine drums, I create an atmosphere that supports deep relaxation and energetic balance.

These sound meditations are an immersive experiences that use sound to bring gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your physical, mental, and emotional state. When practiced with intention and technique, the sound guides you into an active meditation, immersing you in the calmest waters of your mind and body

Nervous System Care

Nervous system care is an integral part of everything I do because it’s the foundation of how we feel, function, and connect with ourselves and others. When the nervous system is regulated, we’re more resilient, grounded, and able to respond to life with clarity rather than overwhelm.

I offer workshops on nourishing and regulating your nervous system which provide simple, effective tools & techniques to help you cultivate a sense of calm, ease, and balance.

Whether you're working with me with yoga, nutrition, sound, or all around well-being, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can explore, heal, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
