I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, and Certified Sound Facilitator.

GUIDED MEDITATION
Guided meditation sessions offer employees a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect during the workday. These practices are designed to support focus, stress management, mental clarity, and creating moments of calm within the workday.
Sessions may include gentle breath awareness, body-based guidance, and simple prompts that help bring attention back to the present moment. No prior meditation experience is required.

CHAIR YOGA
Chair Yoga is ideal for desk-based teams, limited space, or organizations looking for a low-impact option that fits seamlessly into the workday.
