By submitting this reservation, you are enrolling in a session (“Session”) with Nourished by ME LLC (“Company”). You agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Payment: All payments are due prior to the start of the Session. 

Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be granted if you are unable to attend. 

You agree that the Session may contain: physical and mindfulness activities, including, but not limited to: yoga; meditation; movement, such as stretching, dancing, or other intuitive or somatic movement; oracle or tarot card pulls; sound healing (which may include singing bowls, bells, rattles, drums, gong, etc.); EFT Tapping; astrology; human design; crystal work; cacao; somatic movement; Reiki; breathwork; journaling; mantras/affirmations; chanting; and use of the chakra system. If for any reason, you are unable to participate in these activities, you should not enroll in the Session. If you elect to enroll, you are assuming all risk associated with your participation. 

If at any time you do not wish to participate in an activity during the Session, you may elect to exit the Session space or respectfully observe. 

You will be required to review and execute a waiver prior to starting the Session.
