By submitting this reservation, you are enrolling in a class or workshop (“Class”) with Nourished by ME LLC (“Company”). You agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Payment: All payments are due prior to the start of the Class. 

Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be granted if you are unable to attend. 

You agree that the Workshop may contain: physical and mindfulness activities, including, but not limited to: yoga; meditation; movement (such as stretching, dancing, or other intuitive or somatic movement); sound healing (which may include singing bowls, gongs, bells, rattles, drums, chimes, etc.); oracle card pulls; EFT Tapping; astrology; human design; crystal work; Reiki; Kundalini yoga; breathwork; journaling; mantras/affirmations; chanting/humming/vocal toning; and use of the chakra system. If for any reason you are unable to participate in these activities, you should not enroll in the class. If you elect to enroll, you are assuming all risk associated with your participation. 

If at any time you do not wish to participate in an activity during the Class, you may elect to exit the Class space or respectfully observe. 

You will be required to review and execute a waiver prior to starting the Class.
